Charter Bylaws and Policies

Charter Board Elections for the Holden Rural Academy Society are held annually in May.  Parents/guardians of students enrolled in the Holden Rural Academy are automatically members of the Society. The new board positions will commence on June 1st, and the positions will last for a two year term. 

Nominations for Charter Board members of the school year shall be:

a. made in writing;

b. signed by 3 members in good standing;

c. consented to in writing by the person who is nominated; and

d. filed at the school office by April 15.
